The old proverb the more things change, the more they stay the same is as true today as ever before. Things in life may be more like night and day, seem vastly different, but the closer we look the more it seems that nothing changed at all. A woman leaves a man because he is weak to marry one who is perceived to be strong, only to find that nothing changed. The marriage stayed the same.

Tip#1 - Life is not absolute - all or nothing, good or bad.

People try to change others through, begging, pleading, manipulation or other tactics to create the desired result. After trying and trying and trying, they find nothing has changed. this leades me to
